Urdu1 is a channel known to give out quality content in the form of plays and telefilms which are loved by the viewers. With it being quite popular in Pakistan there is some great news for the people in the UK/Europe as the channel has been launched on 23rd March on Sky so everybody abroad can tune into the channel and enjoy their favourite programmes too.
Besides Urdu1 the channels which are already present in the market are Hum tv, Geo tv and A Plus Europe with which the channel will be competing directly.
Having made its launch on Sky channel 861 Urdu1's prime time will kick off with some amazing plays like Bachay Bara-e-Farookht every night followed by Beti Tu Main Bhi Hoon while the viewers will also get a chance to see the much-loved Turkish drama Fatima Gul dubbed in Urdu according to Biz Asia Live.
As far as the dramas are concerned, latest plays such as Kaisi Yeh Paheli, Ehsas, Tum Kon Piya, Andaz-e-Sitam, Titli , Meher Aur Meharban and Be Aib to name a few will be aired.
